Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice

Outsmart Notes respects the intellectual property rights of copyright holders and complies with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. AC 512).
Because Outsmart Notes is an offline-first, client-side application, the vast majority of note contents reside exclusively on individual user devices. However, for ephemeral encrypted shared notes created through our sharing feature, we maintain a prompt takedown procedure upon receiving valid notification of claimed infringement.
